Duly Noted was founded on a simple observation: notes are sent constantly and acknowledged rarely. When they are acknowledged, the acknowledgment is vague. "Got it." "Thanks." "I'll look into it." None of these are a duly noted. A duly noted is formal. It is documented. It means the note was received and its receipt was recorded in a way that will persist.
We provide that. Nothing more.
